Lednice-Valtice area
This landscape, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, lies in the lower part of the South Moravian Region and is directly adjacent to Austria. Unique alluvial forests and meadows can be seen directly on the ridge, and long wine routes stretch around Valtice and Lednice.
Together with Břeclav, Lednice and Valtice form a kind of imaginary triangle, in the center of which stretches forests and meadows full of important Liechtenstein buildings called salets.
You can cycle through a total of 14 historical monuments in one day or split the trips and enjoy the peace and quiet in an environment that will make you feel like you are in a Czech fairy tale.
On the website of the Lednice-Valtice area, you can find all the important information about this micro-region, including a list of monuments that are definitely worth a visit.
